We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and reliable coaches to help us deliver high-quality, fun, and engaging football sessions to young players across Rochdale, and surrounding areas.

What We’re Looking For

We want coaches who:

• Coaches who enjoy creating fun football sessions in Rochdale for children aged 18 months to 13 years

• Love working with children and creating a positive, inclusive environment

• Can deliver engaging training sessions that balance learning with fun

• Have strong communication skills and can work well with parents and guardians

• Are reliable, punctual, and professional at all times

• Hold (or are willing to obtain) the following:

  • FA coaching qualifications (Level 1 or higher preferred)

  • Up-to-date FA Safeguarding Children certificate

  • First Aid in Football qualification

  • Enhanced DBS check

Your Role

As a Kickstarz coach, you’ll:

• Deliver structured weekly football sessions to children aged 18 months to 13 years

• Adapt activities to suit different abilities and age groups

• Provide feedback, encouragement, and support to help each child improve

• Maintain a safe and positive training environment

• Represent the Kickstarz values both on and off the pitch
